Our Levels

Keep in mind that progress isn’t always defined by a single skill or milestone—having a specific move doesn’t automatically place you at a certain level. Instead, these guidelines are meant to give you a general sense of where you might fit.

  • Never touched a pole before? New to dance?
Then this is the class for you! We promise you are stronger than you realize. In this class you will learn all the basics to get comfortable introducing yourself to a new type of movement. Wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in- shorts are encouraged but not mandatory. Heels are allowed, but we recommend trying your first class barefoot or wearing socks.

  • Looking to level up? Trying to prepare for your pole journey?

This all-level circuit style class will help you get there! Each week will include conditioning drills for your whole body working towards specific goals including (but not limited to) ground inversions, power push-ups, and an unshakeable core.

All exercises will have modifications available to ensure safety and longevity for all bodies.

Please wear clothing to move in and bring a mat and/or knee pads.

  • In OTP, you will learn around 1 minute of choreography in a variety of styles. While all choreography tends to be hip hop dance with a flair of sexiness, there is often some influence from styles like Latin ballroom, vogue, ballet, or even contemporary.

This class does NOT use poles, and is welcome to all levels of dance experience. We work on (not just learning a dance) but improving rhythm, coordination, and stylized movements for any performance.

Please make sure to bring a water bottle, yoga mat (for stretching), and knee pads in case there is floor work.

  • Students will learn how to navigate and incorporate chair dance and chair balance with a new phrase and focus each week. We will focus on appropriate warm up, basic dance and prop incorporation, fun tricks, creating what works for you and most importantly safety!

Please bring a yoga mat to "foot" your chair for safety. Shoes are an option but comfortable, moveable clothing that covers the skin and a can do attitude is a must!
